Synopsis: Anglo-American gangster comedy burlesque. Dr Twist has left his old school under a cloud and is now a dockside porter. One day he carries aboard the luggage of a notorious gangster and, after being drugged, soon finds himself involved with a criminal gang who plan to kidnap the spoilt son of a wealthy businessman. Posing as an eminent professor, Twist must work with a gangster stowaway to keep from being arrested for having no ticket - and once they reach America, he tries to keep beyond the reach of the police and the gangsters while helping to save the boy.
